Great personal customer service
I was a little confused and was having a hard time in making a few decisions in regard to my custom product. Not only were my questions answered but they gladly sent me images to help me make the selection best for me. Great personal customer service.

Very quick and friendly customer…
Very quick and friendly customer service. Make sure you send pictures of the front, back, profiles, and bottom. Totally stoked to give this head cover to my man for Christmas

This has been the best custom service…
This has been the best custom service experience. Thank you for making this process so easy. We are going to have to put our cat down very soon and it’s killing us. This experience is the compassion I didn’t know I needed. You’re spreading kindness and I hope that it is returned tenfold.

Fabulous experience
I sent photos upon photos in order to achieve the results I wanted. Your employees were understanding and sympathetic during the hardest time I've ever been thru. The result was the most beautiful pup in the entire world. I can't thank you enough for providing this service to grieving pet parents.

I had ordered some socks and then found…
I had ordered some socks and then found a sale going on. I emailed a request for a refund on the difference in price. They immediately agreed to refund the difference.
