The pet creation was simple and straight forward, with great options for eye color and position, and the opportunity to add lots of pictures and text to describe your pet so the match should be amazing. Customer service was prompt and very helpful when I had some difficulty in the ordering process, and I appreciate them very much.

The customer service of cuddle clones is exceptional. I had to contact them several times with questions and changes for my cuddle clone of our dog and they were prompt at getting back to me and so amazingly caring and helpful. I can’t wait to receive our Buster clone.

I can’t say enough good things about this company… I ordered family pajamas with both of our dogs faces on them, the quality is amazing. Without knowing, because it was a Christmas gift, My husband ordered pajamas also from this company, and luckily, I noticed it on the bank account… They were able to cancel his order, so I did not have duplicate pajamas. They had awesome service and went above and beyond… Will definitely order from them in the future again.

I had placed an order for a pair of pajamas for my daughter. I realized the next day or so, that I wanted to change my order, so I sent an email to request this change. Jeanne reached back out to me the following day to let me know that my order was already in production and it was in fact too late to change it. It was nice to get a timely response from the company.
