Order mixup
I ordered 2 medium & 1 large pajama pant but received 3 medium. Unable to see size receipt in order history, but there must have been a mix up in the order somehow. Reached out to see if a large could be sent. Bruna was very pleasant and demonstrated kind verbiage over email. Very quick reponse and able to send another pair. Extremely happy with this service

Very professional people. Thank you. Our Cuddle Clone looks so much like our beautiful Cavalier. It’s comforting to have a special memento of him. We found the chains of communication fabulous. Molly …
I received a lovely email regarding my beloved dog Molly who very recently passed away.I had forgot to add some markings so sent a message.Which was answered very quickly. Cannot wait to see the finished version.I am missing Molly so much ,so hoping it gives me some comfort 😢

Pricey but worth it
Customer service is kind quick and understanding. The process was user friendly to get all the details I didn't know I wanted or that are so important. Its not just a printed pillow. Because of this it's pretty pricey.

This company is amazing to work with
This company is amazing to work with. Very friendly and prompt. They went the extra mile to make sure my address was correct because they didn’t see it on a map for shipping. I just bought a new build so even Google maps isn’t updated yet. This company wanted to make sure my package would be here in time for Christmas. Highly recommend!

Perfect!
The custom plush looks so much like our beloved dog Toby! It brought tears to our eyes when we saw him. The quality and details are amazing! It even arrived sooner than expected. Totally recommended! Thank you so much for letting us have a little piece of him forever with us.

Love the final product and support
I love the final Cuddle Clones I received and their support team was absolutely amazing! When I first got my Cuddle Clones, they needed a few tweaks. The support team never pushed back and worked hard to make sure that I was happy. I would definitely recommend them and I can’t wait to use my head covers for my golf clubs. It will be like having my 2 pups cheering me on.
