9/10 Product.10/10 Service.$$$
First off the clone itself is great and my daughter loves it. Overall 9/10, with fur color and head size being slightly off. My real issue is to just warn my Canadian friends about the real cost of these things. Maybe I'm a little bitter because I paid all together about $400 (including the $60 mentioned below) for a 6" tall 10" long stuffed bunny (to which a full size dog may have been worth it...maybe), but what really stung was the additional $60 duty at the border they don't mention because they use DHL, taxidermy may have been more economical.

Beautiful and Comfy PJs
We lost our 21year old Siamese in Jan and I purchased PJs with her picture for my entire family for Christmas. After we all had a crying moment, everyone thought they were awesome. They're a perfect fit, soft, cuddly and probably the most comfortable PJs we have. I felt the price was higher than it should be, but for a one time purchase, it's worth it and would I recommend to anyone. Great Job well done!!!

The artists did a great job!
The artists did a great job customizing our pups coat pattern, pose and facial features. This was our 2nd purchase so we thought we knew what to expect, unfortunately our current purchase was only about half the size of our original purchase a couple of years ago (for a similar price) even though both dogs were about 50lbs each.

Hi Bryan, Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback! <3 We are happy to hear that we nailed your furry friend's features on the Plush Cuddle Clone! It's such a pleasure to create another Plush clone of your furry friend! <3 We are so sorry though that the size was not what you expected. :( Our Cuddle Clones range in size between 11- and 23-inches in length, not including the tail. The exact size of the plush will vary based on breed, weight, and designer interpretation. However, if you have an exact size in mind, please know that our customers can request any size up to 23 inches in length in the “Special Characteristics” section of your order. However, please keep in mind that the exact size you request can never be guaranteed. I checked your order, and if I am not mistaken, your order 401495 doesn't have any notes about the size. We are really sorry. We look forward to serving you again in the future, Bryan! Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Great product
Great product! Be patient - remember this has to be custom manufactured. Beware Canadian purchasers. Shipping company charged $30 for Duty. Very unexpected since there is no duty on clothing - I suspect it is a cash grab by DHL - seems unethical.

super cute
PJs are super cute and true to the photo. For some reason the elastic in the pants is sew very tight which makes them too tight around the waist yet the rest fits well. Looks like a manufacturing error.
