The “No product found” notice appears when browsing from outside the United States — since our blankets and accessories aren’t available for international shipping at this time. Currently, we’re only able to ship plush items and pajamas internationally, which is why those products appear as available while others don’t. We truly appreciate your interest and hope to expand our international product options in the future. If your friend is in the U.S., those items should appear normally and be available to order. Please note that our sweaters are only produced after the customer approves the preview, which ensures that you have full control over the final design before production begins. Because the item was approved and custom-made based on that approval, we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds in this case. Our shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and protective packaging required for each Cuddle Clone, as well as the procedures needed to ensure it arrives safely. These costs reflect the actual expenses of shipping our products, and we don’t add extra handling charges. I know you live close to our headquarters, but unfortunately, we don’t allow in-person pickups. This is because our facility is not set up for public access and every order must go through our shipping process to ensure it’s tracked and handled properly. We appreciate your understanding and hope this explanation helps.

During the holiday season, especially around Christmas, our team works diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays. When placing an order, customers do have the opportunity to review and edit the shipping address during checkout. Once the order is submitted, we proceed under the assumption that the address provided is correct, as it’s directly entered by the customer. I completely understand how disappointing this situation must be, especially when the gift was intended for your daughter. While we always do our best to accommodate changes, the fast-paced nature of our holiday production and shipping can limit our ability to intercept or modify orders once they are in process.
