Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! 🐾 We’re glad to hear that our response felt honest and helpful. We always want to be as transparent as possible so you can find what works best for your needs. It sounds like you’re dealing with some seriously cold temperatures where you live, and you’re absolutely right—our fleece pants are cozy, but in extreme conditions like -20°, layering is definitely the way to go. We truly appreciate you sharing this perspective, as it helps other customers make informed decisions too. Stay warm out there! 🐶❄️

Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for sharing Bella’s story with us 🐾 We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. Losing a beloved companion so suddenly is truly heartbreaking, and it’s clear how deeply loved Bella is. From just 7 weeks old, she grew up surrounded by your love and filled your home with so much joy—that kind of bond never fades. It means a lot to us that we can play even a small part in helping honor her memory. We’re honored to help you keep Bella close, and we would be just as honored to do the same for your other precious pups when you’re ready. Sending you comfort during this difficult time 🐶
