Caring customer service
For Christmas 2024, My wife gifted me with a golf head cover of our sweet blue tick coonhound Sadie Lou. Cuddle Clones created such an amazing replica of her - we were both surprised at how close it was. Unfortunately, on March 23, 2025, Sadie unexpectedly and suddenly passed away. I began to research having a plushie made for my wife of our dear girl and asked Bruna at Cuddle Clones for help. She responded so quickly, offering her condolences, and sent back the photographs we had submitted for the head cover so we could use them for the plushie. We are in the process of getting that ordered now. Thank you Cuddle Clones.....
