Great customer service
Even though the Cuddle Clone didn’t come out as good as I expected, they quickly responded to my concerns and issued a no-hassle return. Their email was very kind and thoughtful to my situation and feelings. Very much appreciated and would recommend ordering from Cuddle Clones.

They rushed my clone pjs for a trip :-)
My pj clones are comfy, stylish, personal—and wash nicely. I am a widow leaving on a trip and leaving behind my Chihuahua, Pepper; they rushed my order to get it to me in time—so kind & helpful. I am the envy of my friends with my Pepper pajamas.

We’re grateful you chose us to create something so meaningful, and we’re so happy to know your friends are enjoying them too!

So far so good!
So far so good. I haven’t received my cuddle clone yet but I have no doubt that everything will come out wonderfully. I sent in several pics and they emailed me for a few more on certain angles to ensure details which I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. I cannot wait to hold my fur baby again 💕 they also have top rate customer support!
