I have ordered several items from Cuddle clones and the items have been high quality and worth the cost. I buy the pillows for family and friends who have lost a beloved pet. I bought myself a clone when I lost my dear Sophie!

I almost cried when I opened the…
I almost cried when I opened the package. Cuddle Clones did such a great job. Every pattern and spot looks just like him. Customer service always excellent and always kept me informed on my order.

Customer Service Experience…
Contacting customer service about an issue can always be nerve-racking for me, but especially so because it had to do with my recently deceased soul Dog. But Manuela, the person who helped me, was just the most amazing. She was kind and thoughtful and did exactly what was best for us without any pushback. Though it didn’t work out for me personally I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone because of the kindness that we were treated with when bringing an issue to customer service.
