The customer service is great
The customer service is great. I ordered a cuddle clone. I have not gotten it yet, I got an email telling me it was getting ready to ship out which is great because they advertise it may take 8 weeks for regular shipping. Which I was totally fine with but it sounds like it'll be here way sooner than expected..I wanted it as a Christmas gift for my husband. We just lost our dog 2 weeks ago and she was his baby. And he's been lost without her. I knew a cuddle clone would be a great gift. So the fact that it's coming sooner is great. Anyway, when I got the email I started to think about how the packaging might come if it was a discreet box because it's a gift for Christmas and I don't want him to know what it is just yet. He works from home and therefore usually picks up all and any packages we get. So I emailed to ask and I got a quick response, Rachel was awesome in answering it. And very apologetic that it didn't come in a discreet box.. She mentioned the logo was on the box. Which is completely fine. But she was very sympathetic towards the situation and the loss of our dog. She seemed really sweet in her email. If I can suggest one thing it would be that if it's a gift for someone who lives in the same household it would be nice if there was an option for discreet packaging. I would absolutely even pay extra for that. All in all though the customer service was fantastic and I can't review the product itself as I haven't received it yet but I'm very excited and I can't wait for my husband to hold his baby girl once again on Christmas. Even though it's not physically her.... It'll be something he can hold and remember her by. This will be our first Christmas without her and it's going to be sad but we'll have this for comfort. Thank you for making that possible.
