I am currently in the process of having a Cuddle Clone made of my beloved Sophie whom I recently lost. The customer service team has been very friendly and helpful. They ask me questions to clarify what I want and have been very understanding in how losing Sophie has affected me. I have already seen the initial clone and they are going to make some more tweaks to make it look even more like her. I can already tell she will be fabulous once I receive her.

I was skeptical when I decided to order…
I was skeptical when I decided to order a cuddle clone of my beloved soul dog who recently passed away at the age of 18. I had read reviews that Cuddle Clones quality had decreased over the last few years and didn't want to get my hopes up. When I was offered free revisions for 30 days backed by money back guarantee, I decided I had nothing to lose. I've been missing my girl so much and I just wanted something in her likeness that wasn't just a photograph. I received my cuddle clone in epic time (approximately two weeks) and I was so moved by its close resemblance to my Ella that I teared up immediately. My husband caught me holding it and thought it WAS actually Ella for a moment. It's been sad as well to look at her again this way but I'm so glad I made the purchase. She was a unique looking dog (mixed breed of long haired chihuahua/maltese so I was so worried they wouldn't get it right. Customer service was exceptional throughout, honestly couldn't be happier.

I haven’t ordered the bamboo pajamas…
I haven’t ordered the bamboo pajamas yet but I did have a question about them first. Customer service was top tier about answering. The wait time was barely anything and they were very helpful.

Cuddle clones is great!
I had a Cuddle Clone made years ago of my precious dog, Scooby. The likeness was uncanny!!! I'm now having one made of my daughter's cat as a Christmas present, and I hope it turns out just as well! The communication between customer and designers is great! I highly recommend this company!
