You need a call in number for support. You also need to provide an ability to change order if received in 24 hours. Disappointed with service.

I have only received partial order. Socks look great. Emails have directed me to use Shop to track order. Absolutely not able to track on that site. Just a shopping site. Very frustrating. Finally was able to reach your customer service representative, and as I stated in previous response, that exp was helpful.

Unfortunately due to the extortionate shipping costs and charges to the UK, I am unable to make a purchase from Cuddle Clones. I really wanted to buy but I won't pay the inflated prices by the couriers.

It was a rough ride in the beginning with them not receiving my emails but eventually they did get them after the 3rd try.

Response time from Cuddle Clone is a little lacking. Especially when initial order came in. Then when I sent my Cuddle Clone back because it was the wrong color, it was sent back almost the same with a just a slight color change. Doesn't even look like my lost pet except for the eyes. I sent enough pictures for the coloring to be correct. The only thing I liked about the cuddle clone ordering was that the money goes to a worthy cause and that's it. Would not recommend ordering any in the future.

UPDATE: I finally heard back from a live person on 12/24 (Xmas eve!) who indicated that they had sent it FedEx (even though the tracking number they provided me was for USPS), and that it had arrived Wednesday 12/20 (even though I received no notification it had been shipped much less arrived). I called the recipient, and she did indeed receive it, but had put it aside with other Xmas gifts. She opened it and LOVED the pajamas. So, all is well that ends well, but the customer service needs to kick up a notch in my opinion in terms of keeping buyers apprised of the order status. I ordered a pajama set for a friend for a Christmas gift on 12/2/23. I paid via PayPal, and waited. And waited. And waited. For the last 9 days, the “tracking” info indicates that a label has been generated at USPS in Ohio, and they are “waiting for product.” I have emailed Cuddle Clones 3 times, and have yet to receive any substantive response. There is no number to call. This site is a TOTAL FAKE and ripoff. I will now seek a refund.

Update: order was received shortly after I wrote this review. I ordered on Dec 4th and never received it. They claimed to have shipped it weeks ago but provides no tracking information. Will dispute charges with credit card.
