Haven’t received it yet but will write another review, hoping it’s worth it!! BEWARE of big shipping fees which should be made clear when purchasing! I have just paid £54 to receive my item which makes an already expensive soft toy way over the top!! I regret ordering now. Also found out that UK companies do these too. Shop around!!

Teddy does looks a little like my dog however they don’t make it clear that you have to pay import charges (paid to the courier) as I thought these were included within the taxes and duties stated at the checkout (over £58) and shipping at over £100. They are definitely trying to scam you as I've had loads of things shipped from the us and it never costs that much. Ended up paying £400 in total for a teddy that’s looks a bit like my dog. Don’t bother.

Mi aspettavo dato il.costo molto importante del.peluche fosse un vero clone . Avevo mandato.piu'di 14 foto da varie angolazioni....posso dire che non e'per nulla il.mio cane. Poi le spese di sdoganamento.che ovviamente loro tacciono sono molto molto.impegnative.Peccato avevo delle aspettative molto molto alte.

Update to my review: (Finally, a representative contacted me and emailed me a receipt for my order which is expected to be shipped in late August. )I have purchased products twice before a couple of years ago and was very pleased BUT although my credit card was charged for almost $300, I have had zero communication from the company regarding an order number or expected delivery. You cannot talk to a real person; I’ve left phone messages, emails, and tried chatting. No luck.

I purchased 2 cuddle clones of my pets. One came out okay, but didn't have the correct ears and unique tail my pet had. I had sent easily 30+ pictures of this pet specifically. This was a unique looking pet with many different colors, and I feel they did a decent job on the coloring and markings. The dog one I ordered however, looks nothing like my dog in the face. The mouth looks unfinished, it looks like he has pink lipstick, and the eyes are incorrect. The wrinkles on his forehead were important and they didn't do any. They got the body right, and if my dog was a generic version of his breed it would have been great. The real disappointment to me though, is that the company isn't posting my review on their site. I even went through the confirmation process on email, and judge . me to prove it was me. It feels deceptive, and because of that we've decided to return the clones instead of having them fix the dog. I understand the clones are not going to be perfect, but I do expect them to look like my pet in the coloring and important markings. Update: While I appreciate cuddle clones allowing me to return the product, I'm still disappointed that they still haven't posted my review on their reviews. I will update once the return process is complete. We returned the clones and you have to pay for your own shipping, which was over $50 cheapest. I've asked CC to also refund me the original shipping cost of $30 to help cover this shipping expense.

For the price I paid for a clone, I couldn’t believe my eyes when it came out of the bag. They got the fur, tail, and paws right. But the face barely passes as a cat. It doesn’t look anything like any of the pictures I sent them. I’m severely disappointed with the result. I’m not sure what went wrong, but it only looks like my cat if you don’t look at his face from the front or side, only the back.

I’m not sure what to think just yet. I ordered a pair of pajamas on 12/4 and at the time of order I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It is now Christmas Eve and nothing. The company never contacted me in any way to relay “shipping issues with DHL”. I had to reach out to them to try to find out where my order was. I have not received any further communication about whether the order has even shipped from anywhere else. I’ll reserve a full review until I get more information
