We are able to create Cuddle Clones based on real animals, including lambs, but we are not able to recreate items based on a stuffed animal or toy, which is the case here. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially given the sentimental value involved. Regarding the charge you mentioned, the order in question was properly refunded in full. The amount you’re seeing in your bank account is a pending authorization, not a completed or posted charge. These pending holds are placed by banks during the refund process and typically disappear automatically within a few business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
