I am very satisfied. We lost our 23 year old cat in September You can imagine how special he was to our family. When we received his clone, it resembled my precious Charlie but it was a little off. Although there is no phone number to speak with anyone, the team was always quick to answer my emails and provide support. They offered for me to send suggestions and they would complete a one time alternation at no charge. I was hesitant at first because, what if it came back with an even less resemblance ??? It is very pricey and for the cost I prefer it be more of a look a like. They offered to send me photos of the alteration before resending to me so if I wasn't satisfied, I would get a full refund. That alone is amazing service, however the alterations are spot on and I could not be happier to have the spirit of Charlie back.
