Don't waste your money. Overpriced. Way too long of a production time. Better options out there for custom pet items.
I bought several Holiday gifts at the very beginning of December. The company didn't even ship the items until Christmas Eve (a 20 DAY production time - Really?!). When the items didn't come in on time and my family has flown back home, the companies' solution was to refund me the extra amount I paid for the express shipping (not even the full shipping amount or for the items I bought - which are useless to me now without paying MORE money to ship them to my family members). On top of that, there was no warning whatsoever about duty needing to be paid (most companies give you a warning and a quote based on your shipping address) so all said and done, I paid over $165 Canadian ($140 + $25 in duty) for two pairs of socks and a pair of tiny pajama shorts that STILL aren't here a month later. By the way, customs duty in Canada is 13% so that means the company lied on the shipping label about the worth of the items also. The duty should be based on what the shipper puts as the cost of the items (NOT including tax) so I'm waiting for the package to get here so I can report them for fraud to the Canada Customs office also. Total rip off.
