All representatives have given 5 star service and quality.
All represents gave 5 star service. I am beyond appreciative of my Briella Cuddle Clone. The quality and lifelike product has me sometimes forgetting Briella is not right there looking at me. My friend could not believe the beauty of the finished product. Highly recommend.

Awesome company
You made my experience with your company a positive one. My cuddle clone arrived and wasn't quite right. I requested alterations to be made to my clone. Your staff kept me informed during each step, sent me pictures for my approval. I am delighted with the changes. I highly recommend this company, and the customer service is superior.

Great customer service!
I had accidentally ordered the wrong size pajamas. I contacted three different people, hoping that we could get it right, but unfortunately, my order had already been sent to production. When they arrived, it had been changed and it was perfect. The recipient of the gift said it was the best birthday present ever.

I haven’t gotten my cuddle clone yet…
I haven’t gotten my cuddle clone yet they are still working on her but this process has been simple and the response and questions from customer service about the tiniest details to make my clone look just like my late pet Crystal have made me so excited about receiving her in the mail . Customer service is excellent !!!

Great customer and so helpful
When I first contacted them for more information they were so kind and answered all my questions. Thwy helped me every step of the way. I cant wait for the plush to be in my sons hands as he lost his dogs 2 mths ago. Truly a great experience anf wonderful keep sake to have.
