Hi Kristen! I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the remake. Upon reviewing your order, I can see that one of our customer care representatives already assisted and informed you that we, unfortunately, can no longer offer another remake or refund due to the fact that the list of detailed changes you have submitted for the remake was followed by our artists. I also understand that one of our previous representatives promised to send you photos for approval before shipping out the remade Cuddle Clone. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion we have caused. I assure you that our artists did the best they could to create a new Cuddle Clone for you and it appears that this is as close as it could possibly get to your furry dog, Chloe. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. We offer customers a remake when this happens to get it just right. Please know that you have the chance to send it back for a one-time complimentary remake if you’d like, or to return it for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost and non-refundable rush fees), as long as your order was received within 30 days. We’ve been receiving a high volume of emails, rest assured that our customer service team is doing its best to assist all of the customers as soon as we can! Thank you so much. Please know that we did our best for our customers to receive their orders in time for Christmas. However, due to some COVID-19 related issues, China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. I have checked your concern, and I can see that one of our customer care representatives is already assisting you. I also checked your package, and I can confirm that it has already been delivered on January 5. Now that you’re no longer at the shipping address, is there someone you know in your neighborhood that can check if the package is in your mailbox? We’re advising you to contact USPS as the package should’ve been returned to us if the receiver (Jan M.) is not in their address. We can fully understand how inconvenient this is since we have promised that your order will be delivered before Christmas, however, this kind of situation is out of our control.
