Very bad quality fur. Head of dog is too big for body as are the paws. There isn’t enough fur to cover ears ( my dog had black fur covering her ears) and this fur is so thin you can see the white background of the material. Really very very disappointed. This company is Taking advantage of peoples grief by charging a lot of money for a huge disappointment The fur (which feels horrible to touch therefore not nice to cuddle ) is very cheap and comes out when you touch it. I’m very upset about it.

Don't fall for the pretty pictures from the internet!! Reality is different! You paid a lot for a very bad product. And there is no neat solution!! I feel cheated and very angry!!!!!!!!!!

It has been over 4 months since I placed my order, & I STILL don't have my completed order. On January 20th I expressed my desire for a remake and sent multiple emails in an effort to provide the Cuddle Clones team with descriptions and photos of the ways in which the originally delivered product failed to capture my dog at the same level of quality and detail advertised on their website (even after I had provided an additional 14 images when I placed my order to ensure maximum accuracy). Thus, in actuality, this remake process has now taken a total of over 2 months, and will likely take another 1-2 months. I emailed on February 22, February 27, March 15th, and March 21st to confirm they received the plush for remake and to get status updates. Their team confirmed receipt of the plush and commencement of the remake process. However, I on March 23rd I was told that over the previous 5 weeks nothing has been done, no one reached out to me to notify me of any delays or issues which would cause a delay, and instead was told it could take another 5-6 weeks before I receive the remake back. Instead of recognizing the opportunity to uphold the high standards of quality and detail they advertise on their website, they tried to simply offer a refund and wash their hands of the failure. I refused the refund, as my service dog had recently passed away and it was important to me to commemorate our bond & 10+ year friendship by having the product I was advertised and already paid for. As you read this, you may also be wondering why there are so few negative reviews... That would be because the company uses the customer satisfaction email to filters negative reviews directing those who indicate intent to leave a negative review through to an alternative submittal form. In order to leave an HONEST review, I have to indicate I intended to leave a positive review so that I would be directed to the sites where the reviews are actually visible.

When you spend $350 for a cuddle clone. It SHOULD NOT be stuffed in a plastic bag.

If i could, it would be no stars! The item was defective and the customer service attitude was 'just return it' no thought, care or consideration even after cuddle clone failed to meet the standard promised. The item looked nothing like our beloved pet! Finished product has bulging eyes, one squint?! and the fur coming off in clumps. My daughter after seeing their ad begging for one of her very own of our beloved Cooper who we lost in the summer. After spending £300 we have a very disappointed 6 year old and a deadline of 15 days re spending more money to return a defective order - disgusting service! Can't help but feel like we have been conned! I'm not one for leaving such reviews but I am absolutely disgusted at the service and product received and can only hope people will rethink before purchasing. Save your money! Absolutely not worth the price tag

Not satisfied with the result. Such a disappointment. I loved the work on website. Maybe we had a bad tech. Terrible customer service. Claimed 💯% satisfaction guaranteed, is just the trick it is magically disappearing when you talk to customer service. This is copy and paste sentence - "Sadly, once a remake is processed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund or a second remake". Tell me doest this sound right to you? I would love to attach pictures. But here is the description. The length of the fur should have some texture. And color is too brown. He has a bit red/orange in it. the width of the snout is too skinny, he looks like husky/pitbull but I have a boxer! It is very awkward open mouth! His bottom jaw is much wider. Doesnt look like my dog!  His jowls are longer. The position of the nose is a little bit up at the end of the jaw (he is a boxer, but clone looks like pit bull), he has more blackish spots around his nose with some pink. The thickness of the front legs is too skinny.  Almost can feel the metal inside. Also, back legs look like chicken legs! It is ridiculous.

It was really devastating to look forward to seeing a replica of my sweet cat that recently passed and seeing what I can only describe as a lumpy, furry creature that was poorly constructed. I sent over 30 images of my cat and they did such a bad job of recreating her image. The fur color was off, the eyes were shaved back and bugged out, they shaded her eyes with a bright bubblegum pink, they made her snout so long it didn't even look like a cat at that point. I sent it back for an immediate refund because I didn't trust them to do any revisions if this was their best attempt at recreating my cat. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back about my refund. Don't waste your money with this company.

The plush I received looks NOTHING like any of the photos I sent and doesn't even look like a Chow Chow. This purchase has been nothing but aggravation since the beginning. Terrible customer service, it's like pulling teeth out with your bare hands to get a response, I paid $85 for 2 week rush delivery (as stated on their website) and spent 4 weeks trying to get in touch with someone about my order. When I finally got through, they told me I paid for a 2 week rush on my plush being made, not for it to arrive in 2 weeks (like their website states). I managed to get a refund on my rush delivery because I didn't get my order until week 6. The ears on my plush aren't even close to being the same size (my dogs ears were perfectly symmetrical as shown in photos), the tail looked nothing like my dogs tail (perky and rested up on her back vs the plush having a super long and floppy tail), the fur was so disheveled, half of the face is smashed in, the snout looked nothing like a Chow Chow snout, and the plush has an incredibly noticeable underbite (my dog did not). I will NEVER purchase another product from Cuddle Clones. I don't know if the artist who made my clone was brand new to the job, but this thing was absolutely atrocious. I'd give zero stars if I could.
