Ordered a clone plush of my baby cat Jax after I couldn't handle his sudden passing from a freak accident with a fence. I even got rush as I was desperate to see his face again. Sent so many pictures, close up, laying down etc, was as detailed as I could be. However, the monstrosity I received was an insult.It was clear they lack good quality control or really just don't care. The limbs were too short and fixed in the wrong places that made them float off of the floor, paws twisted, nose and mouth twisted to side and pulled into one side of the face, flat odd shaped ears that didn't form into the head. I will be posting pictures and more than likely video of the ugly clone I recieved across social media before I return it for a refund (less the rush fee and shipping costs) as "Pre-selected options cannot be changed, like the color of the eyes or the position of the body, ears, mouth, and tail" so what can I change? The body is deformed!. Save your money is all I can say. Cat clones are not their forte for sure.

I ordered an Adult size 3x pair of pajamas for my husband's birthday. What arrived was a pair of Youth size 12-14 BOTTOMS only. And also the material is very cheap junk. I paid $94 for this mess. Based in the US, made in China. Garbage.

I was Totally disappointed the clown look nothing like my dog ice at the time they didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to go through the process of returning it, and getting another one done. I wish mine head look like some of them in the pictures exactly like the person’s dog.

Golf head cover of my German Shepard came in and looked great. Fathers Day gift from my kids. 3 months later the ears don’t stay up and now it doesn’t look like him. Customer service won’t budge…30 day policy. I don’t want a refund just want it fixed. They keep responding with a link to their return/refund policy. Asked for a supervisor and was ignored. Link on their parent company’s website is “page not found”. Don’t waste your $250!

As a citizen outside of the US I ordered my cuddleclone, the CuddleClones company applied and made me pay 27% of the original price as tax (the tax applied in my country), when this tax has to be collected by the courier company upon arrival (they also collected the 27%…) and the CuddleClones customer service refuses to see and acknowledge their mistake by collecting the tax, when they themselves state that it is not their job to do so and ar3 not refunding it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

My daughter ordered a cuddle clone of my 17 year old cat (Callie )that had just passed away. I helped her (my daughter) pick out the pictures of Callie. I received Callie the other day. I'm very disappointed. The nose was put on crooked, her tail doesn't have a white tip, the ears - each one is made different and nothing like Callie's ears and the fake fur that was used is very rough and cheap feeling. Callie's head shape is too blocky looking.

Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. I purchased a clone stuffed toy as a gift for my sister, as her senior dog passed away. And I thought this is the best gift. I feel devastated because I paid more than $300 for this and non refundable rush production so it will be here on time for her birthday. It came after one month and the result was still disappointing. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Do not buy from this company. I sent back a clone of my betta fish to have color changes what I got got back a poorly sewn and stitched plush that not only didn't resemble my deceased pet but didn't resemble a betta. It was missing its top lip, the bottom fin was partially seen and left hanging almost past its head and the stitching on the bottom was so poor that they made 3 stitch lines one of which ran along the plushes side. The poor stitching on the bottom twisted the tail horizontally instead of vertically. I sent pictures of the obvious mistakes. I was told the colors were corrected and I didn't specify that I wanted obvious anatomy so they weren't at fault or obligated to help. They told me the work done was on the original clone when I called them out and sent pictures of 2 obviously different clones I was told that they didn't have that information available even though in the previous correspondence they told me for a fact that only one clone was made. I spent 1100 dollars with this company and to be treated in such a way is flat out unacceptable. I sent the clone back and told them to donate it to a shelter as a chew toy. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Cuddle Clones.
