I ordered a customized robe for my loved one on 12/4/2023 and paid the guaranteed delivery before Christmas. it's 12/26 and the order has still not arrived. It was a really upsetting experience since everyone had opened their gifts, I got my gift but my loved one didn't due to the order not being delivered. Really bad and frustrating experience. I could have ordered something else if they hadn't put in "Guaranteed delivery before Christmas" for an extra $30 that didn't end up being true. It seems like my order has still not been processed. I feel scammed

I spent $800 ordering custom pajamas for my ENTIRE family on 12/4 and paid for rush shipping to guarantee its arrival before Christmas. It’s Dec. 25th, Christmas morning is over, and my family had nothing to open from me. I’m SO furious the company wasn’t transparent about whatever is going on so I could make an alternate plan. Also can’t get a straight answer about the status or ETA. Will never order from them again or recommend to others.

I ordered a pajama set on Dec. 5, 2023 and paid for extra shipping in order to have my item to gift to my family member on Christmas. I have only received a confirmation email and nothing else. Based off of what I've paid, I should not have to hunt down my items. EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. Will not refer anyone to purchase from here ever.

I was very excited to get my mother and father in law a pair of funny PJs with their new dog (that they’re obsessed with) on them for Christmas. Almost $200 later and my order placed on December 4th with a guarantee by Christmas delivery, I have nothing to give my in-laws. During our Christmas Eve gift exchange I just had to say “I think your gift is on its way.” Wow, do I look and feel like an idiot now. No shipping update, no info on the Shop app except for “unfulfilled” which to me says “we didn’t even start your order.” How disappointing and utterly unacceptable to have someone pay for a guarantee by date as important as the Christmas holiday and just leave them hanging. Merry Christmas indeed.

Shipment of PJ did not arrive for Xmas as promised on their website. I ordered in the 5th of December, I contacted customer service a week ago and they answered but did not say anything about when the shipment will arrive. I asked now for a refund because this was a Xmas gift and not for Easter. Not happy with the customer service and communication.

I ordered two pairs of pjs for my family on December 6th and it said it would be delivered before Christmas and we have gotten no update. When I check the order all it says is order placed. I can understand that once it is with the delivery company that it is out of their hands but it’s Christmas Eve and I have heard no response from when I reached out to them by email the other day and it doesn’t seem like they have even shipped it yet. If you are not gonna deliver on what you advertise at least send an email saying that there is a delay. If the company can fix this ASAP I am happy to update my review.

If I could give a zero star I would- I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, a personalized blanket, on 12/5 - an email came on 12/17 that the design needed approval before shipping. I approved it immediately. As of today, 12/24, not only has it not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped out yet! I ordered a similar item from another web site PERSONALIZATION MALL, for my other daughter on the same day- it was less expensive, is of beautiful quality and I received it within a week. Do not order from Cuddle Clones; you’ll regret it.

I ordered custom pajamas on Dec 5 which they said would arrive before Christmas. With shipping the pajamas came to $150 but I proceeded because I thought it would be a nice gift. However, I have now received notification from DHL of additional $38 in duties, AND delivery on Dec 27. So, I reached out to cuddleclone customer service and they basically said too bad so sad, I had to go purchase another gift and will now be left with $180 pajamas for what? 0/10, from beginning to end. I will never spend another cent with them and you shouldn’t either.
