Hi Bri, We thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the delay. Upon checking, I see we refunded you for the fee as we could not meet the purpose of it. We are still receiving the packages from DHL (due to the strike they faced a major backlog) and we are having them shipped out as fast as possible.
