I was completely disappointed with the plush that was supposed to resemble my dog that had passed away. The plush looked nothing like my dog. The face was completely wrong and it looked like a different breed entirely than what was in my description and depicted in the pictures provided. I voiced my disappointment and asked for a revision. I provided numerous photos showing my dog in many different positions illustrating what he looked liked and submitted what needed to be revised. After waiting many weeks I received the revision which looked exactly like the original. I again contacted the company letting them know how disappointed my family was in the plush we received. I requesting a refund as I no longer had confidence that the company could successfully depict my dog. I was told that a refunnd was not possible but they could revise once again. I am not interested in another revision becauseI do not believe they can deliver a plush that looks like our beloved dog. I am tired of the long waits only to be disappointed. I would like a refund and was told no several times. I would never do business with this company again and will never reccomend them to anyone i know.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I lost my dog January 6th and ordered one of these a couple days later so that I could hold him again. I sent in tons of pictures and even filled up all of the extra slots. It looked nothing like my pet and they didn’t even use the eye color I chose. I was devastated when I opened the package. I had the option to return with a list of things to fix which idk how to even go about a list it needed completely redone or get a refund. I was going to get it repaired and I started reading reviews about how they sent for repairs and they sent back the same thing and now they have no more options. Basically sorry we are keeping your money. So I sadly decided that I will return it and try to find somewhere else that can make one even if I have to pay more. I paid 300 though and the worst part is I don’t even get all my money back. They are going to take shipping fees plus I had to pay 50 to ship back. They should send me my full refund plus reimbursement for my shipping. I wanted this more than any memorial item I ordered. Why should I lose money because they carelessly made my clone look nothing like my dog. I wouldn’t have wanted to return if you did a good job. I think they bank on making money off people somehow and don’t even care about what kind of product they send out now. I waited 3 months to hold my pet again only to open the package to see a dog I didn’t know.

This company uses deceptive business practices to scam you out of significant sums of money. They did not follow specifications or photos, and when I asked if I should request a refund or if they could fix it, they promised I would be satisfied with "alterations." The second version looked almost worse than the first. So they offer to fix it, at the expense of losing your right to a refund, then don't ACTUALLY fix what they say they will fix. (or, more likely, they probably just grab a pre-made plush off the shelf and sew a name tag on it). Then they outright refuse to do anything else to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Worst money I've ever spent. Badly screwed up my cat 3 times. Never got it right and I got zero of my money back. Do not support this company of frauds and theives

Looks like they just used a return for my order. I got a return but ended up not getting refunded on shipping even though they messed up my order. Shipping both way was over 80 dollars.

I ordered from Europe and 8 weeks after, i got a message from thé delivery agency saying that i need to pay for customs otherwise i wont get my parcel !!! This was NEVER mentionned while i was ordering ...

They never contacted me back when I wanted a plush alteration or refund. The Plush looked NOTHING like my dog. The hair sheds EVERYWHERE and was not even evenly cut. Avoid the headache, and devastation and don't order from them. I cried so hard when I got it, an insult to my pets memory.

For starters worst customer service EVER. Have tried contacting them no less than 15 times to get a $85 pajama order straightened out. All i have received is half wit responses with no intention of correcting their mistakes. Panama sizes were completely incorrect and tagged incorrectly, my wife who wrats a size 0 pants can not foit in a large pajama bottoms. BUYER be aware, the positive reviews at their website are only ones they approve and allow to be posted.
