Avoid this company! I placed an order on November 5, 2024. A shipping label was created immediately but the product never shipped. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this with the company, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a month later. I am still being promised a replacement that I do not need or want (it was a Christmas gift) and they are refusing to refund my money. Purchase on Etsy instead and avoid dealing with this company.

I have not, nor will I ever be ordering through this company. I lost my dog November 5th and unsubscribed from your emails to avoid seeing his name multiple times a day. DID NOTHING!!! I have unsubscribed about 5 times now and I am STILL getting emails from you. I will be reporting it as spam from here on out. Extremely disrespectful for a company who claims to care about people who've lost pets. All they care about is the money for their awful quality crap that they probably only give 2% of overall profit to the factories in China who make them.

I ordered pajamas in October that should have been mailed in three weeks. I received an email saying they were getting the shipment ready early November. It’s now been six weeks since I ordered and even though I’ve asked multiple times and been assured I’d have the shipment before Christmas, I was told today they are having issues with production and check back in another week. You can’t call them, they only e-mail. This has truly been a frustrating experience. They have no idea where the order is and want me to just keep waiting.

My wife ordered two sets of custom matching pajamas for us for an upcoming party. Unfortunately, the items we received were completely wrong. The colors didn’t match, they sent shorts instead of pajama pants, and one of our dog’s pictures had half of its face printed in blue. I can’t understand how anyone at the company looked at these pajamas and thought they were acceptable enough to ship. When we emailed about the issue, it took several days to get a response. With the party just this weekend, we’ll be without our pajamas. My wife was understandably upset and requested a refund. In response, we were told they would replace the items but could only offer a partial refund of 10% on our $300.60 order. So, not only are we without our custom pajamas, but we also lost $300.60. This was a huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend this company.

For the extended turn around time, this seemed promising. Today what I recieved was extremely disappointing... the color was off and it does nit even look like the correct breed. I think they delete negative reviews on their site so dont get suckered into purcharing these very overpriced stuffed animals.

Buyer Beware: This company is a SCAM!! Cuddle Clones state in their policy you will get a full refund. They will make you pay for shipping it back and it’s in a huge box! It’s not even stated in the policy page after reviewing it carefully. It’s incredibly unethical to not state the buyer will pay for shipping and state “you get 100% back.” The clone I received looked nothing like my dog in the photos, missing fur and a random purple circle on it! They claimed it was a logo, but it literally looks sharpied on. While watching the design process on their social media, they were designing it using a purple marker… If your dog looks like a generic dog that’s fine. But if they have subtle differences, this is not the company to use. I sent detailed photos and measurements of my dog… they failed. I also read other reviews off their website and everyone stated similar things.

Absolute waste of money! I received my "clone" of my cat and it was a joke! Size, colors, eyes...pretty much all of it! I sent it back and they sent it back to me the same as it was except it was disheveled like they brought it home for the kids to play with! They did take it back a second time after about 100 emails of me trying to get past the generic people machines that read generic answers off of the computer and typed them back. Well, after the 3rd time it was smaller but still ratty with a short tail! They thought that smaller meant a shorter tail. It's well over a year now. I'm now trying to reach management again. I do not want another change! I want my $310 back! I have all of the pictures. It's so bad it's fraudulent... * Their response to this post is an absolute joke! Nobody is working on it! "Nikki" is not doing anything. She told me there's nothing they will do!

Firstly, this product costs a lot of money. I ordered one after my cat passed away. I was away for travel due to work for over a month. The cuddle clone was delivered during the time I was away. Once I returned home I opened the package and the product was bad. It looked nothing like my cat. I'm sorry to say it but it was very much a deformed and kind of creepy stuffed animal. Customer service would not do anything about this because they have a 30-day return policy which is a bit insane for a stuffed animal that costs hundreds of dollars. I would save my money and time on this company and avoid it at all costs. I wanted something to remind me of my best buddy and I got a monster back and lost a few hundred dollars in the process.
