This is my first time ordering from them and it has not been a good experience. It took 30 days to receive the custom pajamas that were supposed to be a gift. They finally arrived and they have a hole in them. Immediately contacted their CS team along with pictures. It has been 5 days and still no response and have sent multiple emails.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD! I PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO ENSURE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN SAID IT WOULDN'T BE ARRIVING BECAUSE I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR "EXPEDITED PRODUCTION" AS WELL. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as we speak! UPDATE: I do not accept this canned response from Cuddle Clones. A quick look at the BBB website will show that this company has an F rating based primarily upon taking consumers' money and not fulfilling their orders. They make their website intentionally misleading in order to make additional profits off the customer while having no intention of fulfilling their orders as promised. I have already disputed this charge and despite their canned response here, NO ONE from customer service has responded to my multiple direct inquiries.

TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered 3 pair of pants for my children and only received 2 pairs! I’ve tried to contact them at least 5 times; all responses were automated, the one time (days later) someone replied, they gave me false information about shipping times! Completely contradicted what my order confirmation email stated. I am beyond disappointed! We lost both our dogs this year, one to cancer and one in her sleep! I wanted my children to have something for a happy memory being this is our first Christmas without them!

Terrible!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THERE ARE WAY BETTER SHOPS ON ETSY!! I ordered Christmas pajamas for my daughter’s dog, he is a black dog- there were no indicators this would be a problem based on their advertising. The pants came in and all you can see is his tongue on the pants. I called and requested support they said they stood by the work even though it was not as advertised. You get what you pay for NEVER AGAIN and the worst customer service steer clear! Waste of money**Update they keep responding that there is nothing they can do **Terrible customer service just continue to say they stand by it even though you cannot see the dog in the pajamas - they are basically blaming me for the way I ordered even though there are NO OPTIONS other than upload a photo of your pet. Frustrating again waste of time and money they do not care about the customers experience

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Ordered pajamas 3 weeks ago and still don’t have them. Customer service is poor. You would probably have better luck ordering from someone else who cares about their customers.

My experience with Cuddle Clones has been extremely frustrating! I placed an ordered on November 22 2024 for a Cuddle Clone to be given as a Christmas gift. It was going to be the best gift for my boyfriend this year. I was so excited to give it to him. I paid the $99 extra for what I thought was “2 weeks Rush shipping”. I would like to add here that while I was sending pictures of our dog Lucie, the Customer Service was excellent. Well 3 weeks came and there was still no Cuddle Clone so I reached out through email to customer service. This is where the Customer service went downhill fast! First I got an automated response that someone would be reaching out to me. Then it took two more emails from me to get a response from someone from their Customer service team over the next couple of days. I was then told to be patient and that I had paid for “ Rush Creativity” and not “Rush shipping”????? How misleading is that?????? After several emails from myself and (a few responses from Cuddle Clones) even since that initial conversation, I still have not received my package. We are only a few days away from Christmas. I have been looking at the tracking everyday. My Package has been at the Las Angelas airport for 5 days and in transit for 2 weeks now. Still hasn’t reached the Akron OHio office to be inspected. There’s no way it will reach me by Christmas at this point. My boyfriend isnt going to be getting his Christmas gift that I paid $370 for. I looked at the Better business reviews after the fact and see that Cuddle Clones has an F rating and I immediately felt sick to my stomach. For a company to give such great customer service in the beginning and then whenever there is a problem they decide to abandon their customer is straight up wrong. The right thing to do in this case would have been to at least offer a refund for the fake “Rush Creation”. They need to be more CLEAR about what their RUSH CREATION actually means on their site. It’s very misleading. When consumers read this, they naturally assume this means they are going to receive their Cuddle Clone in 2 weeks. ( you can read this in other customer reviews as well). But instead they seem to be very unsympathetic to their customers at all. They just don’t want to take accountability. I wish more than anything that I wasn’t sitting here writing this review. I was so hopeful that this was going to be the best experience buying a Cuddle Clone but it just hasn’t been. I can only hope that when and “if” my Cuddle Clone does show up that it does look just like our Lucie. At least that would make things more bearable.

Do not give Cuddle Clones your business or hard-earned money. Further, I recommend that you file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's Office for the state in which you reside in the United States (which is what I've done). Cuddle Clones has made countless misrepresentations in writing on its website and in its emails to customers as to Cuddle Clones' ability/willingness to (1) deliver a shipment in a timely manner and/or before the Christmas holiday; and (2) refund all monies paid by customers who cancel orders and/or receive unsatisfactory orders so that the customers can be adequately compensated and made whole. Further, Cuddle Clones ignores commercial and industry standards and fails to make customer-service representatives available by telephone; email appears to be the only means by which customers can communicate with Cuddle Clones. Here is a sample of the email communications between Cuddle Cones and me this month (December 17-18, 2024): "Hey Michaeel (sic), Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for any concerns this delay may have caused. I have good news! Your order has already been sent to our headquarters and is currently in production. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as it is shipped, and we are working diligently to get it to you as quickly as possible. I understand the importance of receiving your order in time for Christmas, and we are making every effort to ensure it arrives before the holiday. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy season". Best regards, Bruna from Cuddle Clones. Previous Message "Good afternoon. I placed this order 13 days ago online and paid $29.99 for expedited shipping for a guarantee that my order will arrive before Christmas Day (see below). I have not received a single update to inform me that production is complete and/or my shipment is on its way; Christmas Day is only 8 days away. I have no interest in receiving this order once Christmas Day has come and gone; I will cancel the order and dispute the charge with my credit card company in the event that this order does not arrive to me before Christmas Day. Misleading. You have to pay two different fees to ensure Christmas delivery. It's not really clear when you purchase that you need to pay the double surcharge. Once as a "rush fee" then a second "rush shipment" so I guess I got scammed. If you contact them to try and resolve, they tell you to pound sand and go to their FAQs. Very difficult to cancel order so I guess I'll go through my bank.
