LOVE Cuddle Clones, their products, and their support
I have purchased several items from Cuddle Clones, including a stuffed version of my Rusty who crossed the Rainbow Bridge. One of the photos on the last item I purchased did not look like the dog because the beard was missing, but their support team saw the issue and made it right by helping me select a good photo, and they are re-making the item. In addition to the stuffed Rusty, I have ordered 3 sets of pajamas and 2 gowns and have been very happy with all.

Fantastic customer service!
Fantastic customer service! Had a couple of issues but they have been solved immediately! Waiting on my replacement cuddle clone teddy to arrive as the coat colour was wrong on the first one. However, every other single tiny detail was absolutely perfect, and the customer service were so fast in resolving this problem, I cannot wait to receive the replacement! If it’s as detailed as the first copy it will be just like my late Bruce, and although the colour isn’t correct on the first one, it has given me and my boys so much comfort already in our time of grieving. I cannot fault this company over all. Will be recommending to everyone!

I helped my girl cross the rainbow…
I helped my girl cross the rainbow bridge on December 1st. I haven’t seen her face until I opened my cuddle clone of her. You guys got every detail- velvet ears, green tattoo on her tummy, neck flaps, every earned gray hair. Thank you guys so much for bringing me some peace during this time. I miss her so!

I reached out because I was worried…
I reached out because I was worried that my other furbaby may be affected if I got a cuddle clone of her brother who passed, the person who i spoke with via online help, reassured me that I know what’s best for my babies & it’s clear no matter my decision it’s done with love. She also informed me it’s meant for comfort, & she was very kind about the loss of my sweet boy. Thankful for kind genuine people like Niki.
