My husband ordered me a Cuddle Clone…
My husband ordered me a Cuddle Clone for Christmas because my Golden Retriever Sam recently passed away, he was my entire world and I miss him so much. Hoping this would comfort me, I was a bit disappointed because this Clone did not look like my Sam. I reached out to customer service and expressed my feelings and they offered to do 1 remake with any updated changes and details I could provide. Wow! I just received my remake and it is so much better and looks so much more like my beautiful Golden! I'm giving them 5 stars because they were super sympathetic and listened to my concerns with care. They made sure to do everything they could to make sure they nailed it the second time around and that I was satisfied. I am definitely happy and absolutely love my Cuddle Clone of Sam! ❤

Perfect replica of my dog!
I ordered a Cuddle Clone of my dog, Dolce. She recently passed away from Diabetes & I am devastated. When my Cuddle Clone of Dolce arrived, I literally tested up when I saw it...it was a perfect replica of my Dolce. It gives me comfort to see this Cuddle Clone of Dolce. The designer did an incredible job.

I purchased the head cover
I purchased the head cover. The resemblance was great. However it is larger than my dog. I would be much happier if you offered small head covers

Shocked at first, but extremely pleased.
I had been seeing promotions of the cuddle clones for years and when my boy passed away in August of 2021 I did not hesitate to order one. At first I was shocked and a bit upset when I received him. I thought he was too red in colour and too short in fur around the neck. I did hold extremely high expectations personally though. The more I looked at him the more he filled my heart and made smile (and cry) he is virtually identical. I can see him every day and know that Rusty is with me always. Shipping from the USA to AUS was extremely quick and professionally handled.
