Loved the mugs. I bought three, one for my husband and one each for my daughters with the face of our dog. They loved them but one was chipped. Hope to get it replaced.

Overall I am very happy with my two Cuddle Clones of my dogs who have passed away. They captured little details that only an artist could see! Shipping was actually really fast, even on the one I didn't pay rush shipping for! I'll admit I'm a little bummed they didn't come in the cute pet carrier box with the ribbons on their neck like I have seen in their advertisements. Unfortunately there were a couple of things forgotten. On one of my dogs I specifically asked for whiskers and a bandit mask painted around his eyes like he has in the photos and frankly both of those requests were ignored, even after customer service acknowledged that I wanted whiskers and a bandit face markings in an email. So I'm a little sad about that but overall I love them so much and they surprise me every time I walk by them because they look so real! Instead of sending my clone back to either China or Kentucky (not sure which location they have you return to) and waiting to get him back, I'll likely put the whiskers in myself. Thanks Cuddle Clones! Love them!

Love the products, but it took nearly a month to receive my order.

I loved the dog created by Cuddle Clones! It looks just like our sweet dog, Pierre, who went to Rainbow Bridge last summer after being a part of my life for 15 years. This company’s attention to detail—even to the type of material used for his fur—is awesome and their customer service is fabulous! My only regret is that the Cuddle Clones version of Pierre was not larger.

Pajamas are adorable and im very happy with them. The fabric is very thin and silky. Not really what i was expecting but they look great

While the pajama pants came out perfect and can't wait to give them to my daughter and daughter in law I thought the price was high. They each have 2 dogs and I would have loved to do the top with the other dogs but paying $200 for 2 pairs of pjs is out of my price range. Even $111 for 2 pajama pants is high but I did splurge on that.

I was mostly happy with my experience. I sent a picture for a gift for my niece and a picture for a gift for my sister and the one for my sister was not acceptable. I received the pajamas for my niece and I was a little bit disappointed that it was only the picture of the dogs head because it was a really cute picture of the dog in a swing as a puppy and I was hoping that the whole picture would be on there but they look really good and I’m getting ready to mail the package to her.

The likeness and size was all great. But I was very disappointed by the feel of the "fur". I had made a special note that his fur is very silky and soft and the Cuddle Clone's is very stiff and coarse feeling. Plus, when I was trying to fluff out the black and white fur it got black dye all over my hand as well as on the white part of his facer.
