Cuddl DudsReviews of cuddlduds.com

I recently purchased 2 softwear with stretch leggings from Cuddlduds directly to replace almost identical, very old SnowAngel leggings I've been tryin to find a replacement for for years. They are perfect in every way. I contacted customer service to see if they were a standard in-stock item (so I could rely on their existence in the future). Their response was fast, friendly, and helpful. I also had purchased 2 slightly heavier Cuddleduds leggings though Amazon - they are also perfect. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Quality products and recent fantastic experience with customer service, namely Charity.

i had a problem with my order, and customer service was wonderful! i have always really liked the products, but now, i really like their customer service.

Excellent customer service! I love cuddle duds and usually buy a few more pieces every fall. Their clothes are warm and of great quality. They also help me survive winter! Recently I needed to exchange sizes in a fleece top but I was not sure how to do that. Exchanging this fleece, rather than returning it, was important to me because I did not want to have to re-order the different size and pay shipping and also it was no longer discounted on their website. Customer service replied immediately and the process to do an exchange was so easy and it did not cost me anything extra. A++++ customer service!
