BEWARE!! This is a scam of a company!! BEWARE!! They have a 5 day trial that goes into a $2,000 order, that their robotic chatbot says is not refundable. Their payment processor has like 2 stars. This is a scam of a company, and the reviews here look like bots wrote them.

I had a disappointing experience with Cucomm. Poor Customer Support: When I reached out with concerns, I never got a real person to respond. All replies felt like they were coming from a chatbot, which was very frustrating. Missing Promised Features: My plan included 7 trusted accounts for free, but I never received them. This made me feel like the service was not delivering what it advertised. Technical Issues: Adding my own Facebook account was also a hassle. I had to log in again and again just to keep it running, which wasted a lot of time. Overall, Cucomm did not live up to its promises. I hope they improve their support and fix these issues, because right now it doesn’t feel reliable or worth the investment.

Poor Customer Support: We responded to you many times via email (real people). Missing Promised Features: We emailed you that everything will be ready later today, and that you just needed to wait a bit. Technical Issues: In the VIDEO TUTORIAL section of the app, there's a video on how to sign in to your accounts.

Takes almost forever to load the widget on my chrome browser after opening facebook. I just signed up but I'm already regretting it. Please, if something can be done about this, i'll be super grateful

Hi. Our software (Cucomm Desktop) works as a standalone app, not as a Chrome Extension. You need to install it using the installation file from cucomm.com/download

Service is slower than doing it manually, for any B2B marketing it doesn't work as prospects don't have their role declared. and to make matters worse there is no easy way to cancel the service

Hi Christopher! It looks like you didn't use the product correctly. We recommend running the cold outreach from multiple accounts at the same time. So 1 account sends messages with the speed of 1 human, whereas 7 accounts send messages as 7 people working together generating 7 times more results. Talking about canceling the subscription - you just need to contact us in the live chat. You can even do it right inside the software, and on our website as well.
