Very quick to attend. But not honest about there prices. The plumber did not seem to know what he was doing. I paid the call out fee and asked him to leave.

Terrible trying to charge £478 for a blocked toilet so when I refused he then quoted £120!! He didn’t remove the obstruction that I mentioned but merely pushed the solids past it claiming it was sorted! When he went I used the toilet and blocked again. When I messaged him and told him about the problem, he said it will need jetting and would cost £550. Needless to say I refused. The problem is ongoing with them not ringing me when they said they were so if I could give it 0-10 stars I would.

Would not use them again. Charged £315for fitting a new socket and plug. When I told my daughter, she could not believe it, said I had been overcharged

Called a company called Charles Plumbing and they sent this guy out and was a £48 callout fee. I explained all the things that were wrong and he wanted over £1000. I said absolutely not! I asked him just to fix our bathroom sink and he wanted £298 + vat or £250 for cash but came from a Crystal Maintenance Ltd and he went away got he part and replaced the waste pipes and after fitting was still leaking, so he said he'd have to charge me more to fix that as it was another leak. I said no. So he just put silicone round the top of the waste on top of water already there! Absolute joke! Cost £250 cash and was glad to be rid of him. Whatever you do, don't use these people and do not believe the reviews on the web as I read all these before I called and not one bad review!

I contacted Charles Plumbing Services Ltd in the DN22 area, who had 5* reveiws, to book an emergency plumbing job for me. Had a young lad come out, barely do any work, left my radiator still leaking because "that wasn't part of the job". Charged me over a grand for a £250 MAX job. Charged me under the name/company FixNGo. When I finally spoke to the manager whose number he provided, it came back to a Crystal Maintenance Ltd company, who low and behold had review upon reveiw for overcharging and scamming people.. I have reported to both the Fraud team with the police, and also Trading Standards. Avoid all 3 businesses at all costs.

I called them last night through google recommendations they sent 2 people who asked me to pay them over £2000 for a job that cost me £180 the next day, I was forced to give them £200 to cancel the job and today I received another phone call from them saying I have to give them £600 that they will take me to court I do not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE - Will overcharge and scam you for any service, claim it’s a small call out fee and end up paying £300 for nothing to be carried out other than a “diagnostic” complete scammers do not use
