It's not really about the company itself, I haven't received the product to even see the work. It's about the company they are using to ship it through (FedEx) They keep giving me the run around on the whereabouts of my product. And I was supposed to receive it since Nov. 24th, and it was an anniversary gift, now needs to be a Christmas gift, but I am afraid it may not be here on time, they also say, they can't find my address, I've left my phone # for them to contact me, if need be and there has been many other FedEx products delivered to my residence, so don't know why I'm getting the runaround. Very upset!
