Melanie was very helpful and provided great customer service. The response time is exceptional as she responded the next morning. The graphic draft and edits were returned immediately and the order was completed within one business day. She answered questions in a timely manner as well as overnighted my product with no rush fee. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will be doing business with them again.

My company has been using a "Stanley Cup - like" trophy for years, to document the winners of our President's Safety Award. The person that did our engraving for all of these years retired and left us searching for options to continue our tradition. I contacted Crystal Images to ask for help and could not be more please with our transaction. Their employees were helpful and courteous; additionally, there was virtually no difference in the engraving styles and they completed the project in a timely manner (and did all of that at more than a 75% savings from our previous vendor). I will be back next year to utilize their services again.
