Hi Fernando, For anyone reading this, here's what actually happened. You got your refund. In full. We have the records. You also stayed in the community after the refund with full access and ongoing support from our team. We didn't have to do that. We did it because we wanted to see you win, even after you got your money back. On the bots — drawdowns happen. That's part of automated trading and we were upfront about it from the start. Short windows don't tell the real story. We have over 4 years of live performance data showing how the system holds up through every kind of market, and clients who ride out full cycles see the results. You decided to exit early, which is completely your call, and we honored it. On the policy — the 90-day guarantee was followed. Was it slower than either of us wanted? Yes, and that's on us. But ignoring you didn't happen. Every message was reviewed, and the refund went through. Calling it a scam after getting your money back and keeping access to the community doesn't line up with what happened. Anyone reading this who's considering CBA—ask us to connect you with current clients directly. We'll do it. That's not something a scam company offers. — Emilio

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We want to address this clearly and honestly. Our system is not designed for fast or short-term results. It is built to operate over time, through market cycles, using predefined rules and capital allocation. In this case, the system was stopped far too early to function as intended. Expecting immediate protection or outcomes within a very short window is not aligned with how the framework is designed to work, and we should have been more explicit about that upfront. That said, responsibility still sits with us to ensure expectations are crystal clear before anyone starts. We acknowledge that we could have done a better job reinforcing the importance of letting the system run long enough to normalize results. It’s also important to clarify that you remain an active member inside CBA. Despite joining at a significantly reduced rate compared to standard members, you still have full access to the same support, resources, and guidance as everyone else. We did not remove access, restrict help, or disengage at any point. Regarding refunds, there was a breakdown in communication during a system transition on our end. While that explains the delay, it does not excuse it, and we take responsibility for not closing that loop more cleanly. CBA is built for people who understand that system-based investing requires patience, structure, and consistency, not immediate results. When followed as designed, the system performs very differently than when interrupted early. We appreciate the feedback and have used it to further tighten how we set expectations and handle support moving forward.
