Hello, thanks for giving feedback, while I couldn't find any record of you dealing based on the information you provided - i will still give you a reply ... 1. I am assuming you are talking about Discord DVA, as we don't have any other "fee" whatsoever. In early years when LBC was closed for pakistan and there were no alternate p2p platform the same DVA was given for free but now as there are many other alternative platforms and this facility is a special service, it makes no sense to provide it for free because it consumes alot of time and effort of the staff ensuring a safe deal. For the fee being high, which is transparent and one can always ask the other party to pay for it or be a booster or deal with someone who is to get it down to 50% . 2. There is a dedicated FAQ website and various pinned msgs to guide on how the procedure work and one can always "ask" before dealing 3. Due to various scams due to non regulatory nature , when users are not able to clarify something they are barred from Buy-sell section but are never removed from the server and stay in the server as long as they want. 4. Discord is a place of it's own lingo , and a public query can always be responded by any member and may not fall under the "professional" category, to counter such things there is a #suggestions channel and a ticket something to get direct assistance / guidance. did you avail that ? 5. While not knowing what exactly went down with you , i can only say that we are about to touch a decade running various services and have kept things transparent and true , you are free to reach out to me , if there is an actual issue which you want handled. Hello, we take such reviews seriously and as per our record you were barred from using #buy-sell services because of being an exchanger, our service is not for "making money" but a way to provide retail users a safe place to conduct their trades. For your second allegation your account may have been blocked because of being exchanger and that is one of the biggest reason we don't allow exchangers as they bring risk for the whole community. While we take great pride in our fair and honest dealings.

Hello, you were found joining the server with fictitious names and tried gaming the system. we do NOT allow exchangers and merchants as that puts our community at risk , which is not acceptable. thanks for understanding.
