This company has recently deactivated my ability to log in to their systems and withdraw my funds. I have tried for months to log in and nothing. I am locked out and they have kept my crypto. There is no customer service address or any other way to ask them for support. This is a complete scam. who should I go to ?

Multiple attempts to withdraw Bitcoin are ignored. Most recently I have been waiting 2 months with no reply. Absolute scam. This group was originally part of or at least advertised with and had domains with cloudatcost.com. Now cloudatcost claims they have no affiliation. MASSIVE SCAM. Their system show I have tens of thousands of dollars in crypto that they refuse to give me.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF THE DECADE. THEY INVEST YOUR MONEY ON A SO CALLED TRADING PLATFORM AND WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW THEY WANT TAX FUNDS OR INSURANCE FUNDS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOU MONEY. ALL THE TAX DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE DOCUMENTS SENT TO ME ARE FALSE. There staff are trained to coax you into paying more and more into their account. It is there job. I even sent somebody to their offices in London and it is empty. I wish there was a way of warning people of their activities as the destroy lives with there activities. TO ANYONE THAT READS THIS PLEASE,PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES

A very bad business model, the worst customer service. I've actually pulled some money out a long time ago but now after their life long packages no longer make any money and I'm pretty sure they knew this. Pending transfers for internal wallet taking days maybe weeks, maybe never. I sent them an the verification they needed yet they show that my identity isn't verified, but I sent them the picture nonsense, how could they verify my card but not me? It would be nice for there to be some kind of retribution.

Absolute scam. I've been purchasing 'miners' with them for over three years. I have never been able to withdraw any funds. They say that they have to 'verify' me before doing so. They never ever do so. The moment I tried to withdraw funds, my online 'minders' stop making money. It's a complete scam. The support team will never respond. I've been duped.
