Where's my money? I transferred bitcoin money to them in exchange for monero (XMR) but I never received my monero. I emailed them several times over the next 2 weeks. I even resorted threatening them that I would give bad reviews if they didn't help me. And they still didn't even answer one email. So they totally deserve this bad review.

This is a scam. Tried to convert BTC to XMR. Never received it on my wallet. No answers from their support

All fake 5 star reviews, they scammed me 35 usd gladly i didnt try to exchange what I had in mind, THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE/COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST WITH NOT EVEN 1$

Just did a transaction on their platform as my boyfriend told me about them. I exchanged ltc to btc and got the money back within 45 minutes. Defiently recommend them and will be using them moving forward. I highly recommend!

I made an exchange 4 days ago from BTC to XMR. The exchange was marked complete but I never received the coins. I wrote to support the night it happened and multiple times since. I did get one email from support asking for the transaction details, which I provided, and haven’t heard a thing since. I have pleaded with them every day and gotten nothing. I would like to take legal action but I don’t know where they are located or how to find them. This is not a legitimate company.

SCAM!! Took all my money. Marks it as complete. Does not respond to support emails. Do not be as foolish as me please.

Scam! I feel so stupid having fallen for this graft. Do not use CryptMixer! The thieves behind this operation did enough groundwork to have their fake website app come up in Google as plausible and legitimate. Please do not be as impulsive and foolish as I was. Do not use this website to convert or tumble any of your cryptocurrency!

It's a scam. I did the "conversion", which the site said was "completed", but my wallet never received the coins. E-mails to support go unanswered.
