I would highly recommend. This is an unbelievable experience which I done with my fiance for a date night. We loved using our detective analytical skills and thematic analysis approach to help find the murder(s) for the Mount Mortimer Case. This was so much fun to solve and going through the puzzle in piecing together a timeline, motives, and process of elimination. ! We will be purchasing another case in the future and spreading the word to give other family and friends this experience. Thank you.

Have done a couple of these now and just finished the Murder in Medieval Britain one. Really fun and well thought out and designed. Plan to do more of these and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant ....evidence very real looking and a brilliant game to play with friends and family x

I love love love these games. I know some people are complaining about AI generated content but this doesn't bother me at all, it's done well, and what you expect really. Surely if they used real actors, models for every thing it would send the cost up??..

Me and my fiance had a go at the Miami murder case, and it was such good fun! Entertained us for a good few hours and we had an awesome time putting the different clues together and listening to all the different recordings - couldn't fault a single thing with the whole experience! All round a lovely fun evening, which I have already told friends and family about. Such a shame there aren't more reviews on here, because this company are amazing at what they do! So much effort into every little piece of evidence - will definitely buy again :)

Great value for £20, did the game as a group of four. We took two hours and solved the puzzle. Lots of decent content and plenty to pore over. We would do another.

Cryptic Killer: Hodgson’s Theatre is a great and engaging game that really pulls you into the role of a detective. As you work through the case, you examine evidence, read notes, review interviews, and piece together facts to uncover the truth. Even though all the information is provided, the challenge comes from connecting the details and spotting what’s there—as well as what’s missing. The game does a fantastic job of making you feel like a real crime investigator, encouraging careful thinking and attention to detail. It’s immersive, satisfying, and perfect for anyone who enjoys solving mysteries. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love these, hope they are making more. Me and the sister meet up on a weekend to play and have such a great time. Few bottles of wine and lots of chat and use of the brain.
