I ordered bottle caps for my son’s birthday. They turned out exactly how I pictured, and he loved them! By no fault of Crushtag, my package was delayed in getting here (thanks USPS), but when I called to see where my order was, Drea contacted me, and tracked down the package, even offering to send out a rush order if it couldn’t be found. Super customer service, and a great product!

The bottle caps I ordered came out suprisingly well and I'm very pleased with the results. I will most likely be making another purchase in the near future.

liked the new beta site, worked much better then your old one. My only issue is around QA, there is none. I accidentally sent the wrong file and the result was blurry grainy labels. I redid the order with the correct version but feel you should have caught the error, either automatically (i.e. the file is too small or by just someone looking at it). Automation is great but I could have been spared wasted time and added cost, even though I know I made the error.

We met the team of Crush Tag couple of years ago at the Wine maker magazine conference they seemed real nice and willing to help. When we decided to go commercial and needed a real label we reached out to Steve Worth. He created a great label for us, I admit we were a little demanding but that did not discourage him in the least, In fact it became his mission to help us succeed in our vision. Steve is an awesome Artist he listens to your ideas, I mean really listens and puts that vision into realty. he really hit the nail on the head with what we were looking for. We could not be more pleased.Steve's and Drea are great.. very helpful, responsive and on top of their game. We can't be more thankful for an awesome and talented graphic designer and team!
