Ordered & paid for September 28th. October 8th still showing “unfulfilled” despite being PAST the allotted time on their website for delivery. I should have had it by now. Tried to email them @ their customer service email. Mailer Daemon returned mail “ recipient not found” SCAM SCAM charging my purchase back - don’t wait the 30 days they tell you to wait or you will be screwed.

Update: Poster has been received a month after ordering and after multiple emails. Shipper provided a different tracking number after the poster had already been delivered to USPS. This tracking number was valid and actually showed progress of the shipment. If I was not so persistent about tracking my order, I wonder if it would ever have arrived? Poster arrived however was shipped with insufficient packaging to protect it and has numerous "dents" in it. Business replied to my review: If you read the other authentic reviews here. You can tell my experience was not unique. There are plenty others whose product does not show up and are provided with sketchy tracking numbers. Unless there is a hurricane every month, not sure what their excuse is except poor business practices. Previous review: I believe this company is possibly fraudulent. I've waited almost a month now for a poster. They only confirmed order 10 days after I placed it. Provided a DHL Ecommerce tracking number that provides zero information. Called DHL and had to be xferred to a specific department to research tracking number. Was told by DHL agent that no package has been processed and there is no shipment from CrushPrints. Company is very rude when attempting to attain more information or requesting to cancel order.

Hi Andrew, First of all we are so sorry for this bad experience. In September 2021, due to the impact of Hurricane Nicholas, most of the orders were delayed, tracking could not be updated. We have rechecked your order and it was delivered on 22/9 (1 week ago) So the information about "order is not received and DHL staff said no such order" is incorrect. In addition, we affirm that credit card security when making payments on our website is safe. It's a fact that you say we stole credit card information is slander that seriously affects our business. We are considering working with our attorney on this case. Regard.

I ordered a flag almost a month ago and it is nowhere to be seen. I have contacted this company three times for information. They gave me sketchy tracking information that doesn’t really tell me anything other than the item is coming from China. There was no indication anywhere on their website that shipping could be delayed or that this item would be sent directly from China. I am really angry because this was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day. If this company does not respond to my most recent request for information I am going to get my credit card company involved.

Poster is crappy quality. I asked for my order to be cancelled about 2 hours after I placed it and was ignored. 10/10 would not recommend this company.
