Amazing taste but customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m on a subscription and this I bad as well, I am always a couple of days without before I get the next month’s supply. this time it will be four days. I’m so confused at why they do this when they preach consistency. I’ve had other subscriptions and I’m always replenished before running out. Also they “forgot” an order of mine until I emailed to inquire but I still signed up. is this like I’m in love with a bad boyfriend 🤣

My favorite products are the Matcha Marine Collagen, Vanilla Bean Marine Collagen, and the Strawberry Milk Marine Collagen. The reason for the lackluster rating is because of their subpar customer service and their lack of communication and transparency with their customers. Firstly, their customer service response time to emails is slow. I often need to send follow up emails in order to get a response. Secondly, they change their prices and offers without giving customers any advance notice or courtesy heads up, which makes planning future purchases very difficult. It's very frustrating. Being a small company is not an excuse for poor customer service and communication, so I hope they improve.
