The recruiter was nice but my experience wasn't good
Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t positive. Courtney was very kind, and we exchanged hundreds of messages. My references took the time to respond, and I was offered a two-day trial. I was even told the client intended to send an offer letter. However, it became clear the client hadn’t been properly informed about how the trial process should work and also she looks like a person that has changeable mood. In the end, I invested significant time—responding to messages, completing a one-hour interview, and attending a trial day—only for nothing

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that you had a positive interaction with Courtney, as she is a valued member of our team who is committed to supporting both candidates and families throughout the process. We are sorry to hear that the overall experience felt frustrating. Our trial process is designed to allow both the family and candidate an opportunity to assess fit before moving forward with an offer. While we work closely with families to set clear expectations, final hiring decisions, including extending or rescinding an offer, are ultimately made by the family. We also want to note that all trial days are paid, as we recognize the time and effort involved in participating in the process. We understand that the time and energy you invested is significant, and we do not take that lightly. Situations like this, while uncommon, can occur when a family’s needs or decisions change during the process. We wish you the very best in your continued search and appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you.
