Very disappointed!
I booked parking with q & s through cruise parking.com at the embassy suites port Everglades in Ft Lauderdale. I chose this company based on the location and its proximity to the port and because they offered a complementary shuttle. I was extremely disappointed because the shuttle was advertised as running from 4 am- 11 pm. We arrived at 5 am and waited until 6:45 am and the shuttle never arrived. We had to take an uber to the port. We had to take a taxi from the port to our car because when we arrived back from our trip the shuttle never arrived to take us to our car. I attempted to contact the number advertised but no one answered. I did finally reach someone and he was rude and argued with me regarding the shuttle and the advertised hours it is supposed to run. I contacted customer service upon my return to explain my experience and ask for a refund. They did offer me a refund for the uber and also offered me a $20 credit which I will never use because I will never use this company again. The customer service is terrible and you can’t rely on the shuttle. Do not use this company. It’s not worth the little savings.
