It takes forever for your app to open our confirmation page to view information. There isn't any way to edit personal information if there's a typo. No contact number listed to call for help.

I initially found Cruisebound as a cruise booking option through Google, and I actually read through these trustpilot reviews before moving forward because I wanted to make sure they were legit. I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent rate for the three cabins that I wanted to book for our upcoming cruise. However, actually getting the cabins booked became a very difficult process, and at the end of it all I actually only booked one of the cabins that I needed through Cruisebound before switching over to a different site for the remaining two cabins. Technical problems seemed to be the root cause, I kept getting the same error message no matter what app, browser, computer, time of day, search criteria, etc. that I tried to use to get my cabins booked. I did call in to the phone number for the agency to speak with a representative for assistance, this person actually reported they were getting the same error message when they tried to book on my behalf. The representative was seeing the same rates on her end that I was getting on my end, so all was well initially when she agreed to get the holds in place for me, but later when I received Cabin holds from the representative, the prices were not the same as what I had been seeing. Again when I searched, it replicated the same lower rate for me over and over again from multiple devices, but then would not proceed to let me book anything. I corresponded with the agency through a number of text messages, emails, and that one phone call, ultimately, I only booked the one cabin as I stated and used another site for the remaining two that I needed. The website has a great look and feel, but just didn’t work when it came down to it.

The CSR was very pleasant and professional, however, she was not skilled or knowledgeable about the services requested. She fail to provide adequate answers and was not confident when answering questions. I think with some additional training, she would improve in all the lacking areas.
