Great artwork, slow shipping and poor communication
The artwork was fantastic. The artist did a great job drawing my cat. My wife’s cat passed away recently and I wanted to do something in memory of her. So I decided to get a phone case with her cat drawn on it. As I mentioned earlier the artwork was nearly flawless but it took over a month to get the case. Also, their wasn’t much communication between myself and the artist. It would take weeks before I would get any updates from them. The website says their based in New York. But my phone case came from China. So obviously their not an American based company like their website says.

You have asked to order a phone case model which is out of the store and because of that we had to import the exact model from overseas partners while keeping the highest quality in the market.
