The Customer Service was on point with every step of the way. Both I and my now fiance and did some shopping. We hated the idea of going to different jewelers and dealing with scuzzy salemen, who were going over charge what ever you picked out. We found This company is a 10 out of 10 recommend. They checked every box down to the size of my ring, which fits perfectly. They were informative and amazing with responsiveness and updates. They did exactly what was asked and more when it came to customization. The best part of it all, it didn't break the bank even with customization the ring was set at a fair price. The promotional deal was amazing. We also loved that they would send us a video of what it looked like before shipping and got our okay before sending it. Shipping and delivery was speedy. Although it would have been nice to get a notification when it was out for delivery and delivered. The ring is perfect I can't imagine any other ring on my finger. Im so excited to wear it for years to come.

My ring arrived in about three weeks from order. The ring is beautiful. I hope it lasts forever.

I had my wedding band customized and it turned out beautiful. Only negative was my engagement ring photos appeared to have the prongs be made in white gold, but actually was shipped in yellow gold, like the rest of the band. I realized this too late. Still 4/5!
