I recently purchased a beautiful dresses for my granddaughter, and I couldn't be happier with my choices! The quality is exceptional, truly worth every penny. The dress is not only stunning but also incredibly well-made, making it perfect for any occasion. My granddaughter is going to look absolutely adorable in them! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for something special. Five stars all the way! 🤩

I purchased three items under the promotion “buy 3, get 1 free,” but the free item was not included in my shipment. I emailed customer service on August 27 regarding this issue, but my message has been ignored. If the free item is not going to be shipped, then there was no reason for me to buy three items in the first place. Please reply to me immediately.

Hi Chizuru, thank you for your feedback. We issued a full refund for the missing promotional item (credited at full price to your card) and sent you an email confirmation. We also noticed you placed a second order with us, which we appreciate. As a small business, we sometimes make mistakes, but we always act in the genuine interest of our customers and would never seek to mislead.

Great selection and discounted prices. Wish inventory was correct one item ordered was not available even though the system let me order. Understand since they just went thru a move recently. Love the fact I was able to text to receive information quickly.

Would not recommend the Mystery Bag at all. I ordered a Spring/Summer one and it had a Christmas dress with Santa, sweatpants, long sleeve shirt and leggings. Only 2 items for warm weather. The accessories are nothing you can wear. It was paper, pencils and stickers. I understand the risk of not getting to pick the items you receive and have done mystery bags with other companies, but to not even fit the season is where I take issue. They did let me return the Santa dress, but it was delivered back to them 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent a replacement item. I would not shop with this company again.

Hi there Kelsey, We’re so sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate your feedback. Our Mystery Bags are designed to offer incredible value — when you add up everything inside, it’s often worth far more than what you paid. That’s why so many of our customers love them! That said, we hear you on the seasonal mismatch and delay — and we’re on it. A replacement is on the way, and we’d love a chance to make it right. Please enjoy 15% off your next order with code MYSTERY15 — we hope to surprise you (in a good way!) next time. 💖 Thanks for giving us a try, Crown Forever Support Team
