James Anderson saved the project
James Anderson saved the day.... We hired Crown Design Lane to redo our book cover to new sizing and create an index for our book. In the contract, turnaround time for the cover was quoted as 2 days—it actually took 30 days to complete. The turnaround time for the indexing was quoted as 2-3 weeks—it actually took 5-months to complete. At one point, we were asked to please be patient as their office was undergoing re-organization. Weeks kept going by--we were told to be patient. Finally, James Anderson stepped in and brought this project to completion within two-weeks. James finished the index, sized it properly and followed through by taking care of all the small details so we could upload it onto Amazon KDP. It is now published thanks to James Anderson.
