Crowd CowReviews of crowdcow.com

There was zero dry ice or anything to keep the meat frozen. The whole lot was thawed out. This is second time I have issues and I will never ever buy from crowd cow again. The meat is too expensive to keep wasting away my money. This has been a awful experience .

I am very disappointed with lack of customer service and the poor quality of packaging at this company. I received my order with bags of dry ice that were not sealed. Dry ice had spilled out of the bags and was stuck to all of my meat packages. My lungs and fingers were burning after cleaning up the mess. When you call the customer service number, you get a recording telling you to email them with any issues. I emailed them but did not receive a response. There are too many other meat delivery companies out there to have to put up with a company that does not care about customer experience and has poor quality control.

Sorry to make a bad report, but don’t waste your money. I had to toss the tenderloins. Tasted more like liver with gristle. Very bloody.

Complete Failure! My order was delivered one day late. I received an email that said I should not worry because they pack plenty of dry ice. Not only was all the dry ice gone, almost all of the meat thawed. I have to throw it away. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Find a local farm and support them. I am editing my comment to say they told me even if the dry ice is gone and the meat is thawed, it is still safe to eat. They credited my account on my next order, but will not cancel my subscription nor issue a credit. I will not be placing another order.

Yes my shipping was bad but I my order was placed in Dallas around the time of a massive winter storms last winter. I figured it was going to take a while. The quality of this food is just horrible and I am done trying to cook it creatively. The ground meats are way overpriced. I am tossing multiple packs of pre-patted hamburger patties along with some A5 (WT ?) sirloins that defy description in just how curious they taste. The Spatchcock chicken tastes like a goddamn Roadrunner. Just do what I should have done in the first place…go to Costco.

I never received shipment. Please help. I'm a disabled veteran from Iraq. 3rd armored 12th combat engineers. I have a very little income and I saved for a treat. They never delivered. Bad deal on crowd cow. Very bad.

We ordered Wagyu beef from Crowd Cow. While the meat looked similar to Wagyu beef, it did not taste like Wagyu beef in Japan. We felt nausea after eating the beef from Crowd Cow. We have been to Japan several times. The Wagyu beef from Crowd Cow is vastly inferior to the Wagyu beef in Japan. Crowd Cow should be ashamed of selling low-quality beef! This company seems to be a fraud.

Beware of this company! They charged my credit card for over $4000 in the last 30 days and I never made one purchase from them directly. Either they directly or indirectly helped someone with online fraud. I have frozen the card now. This was the ONLY fraudulent charge so this company never verified the associated address or used identity verification to confirm the purchases were authorized. When I alerted them to the fraud there was no response. This company has sketchy business practices and should not be trusted.
