Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that your delivery experience did not fully meet your expectations. After speaking with you, we were glad we had the opportunity to address your concerns. Although the carrier was unable to deliver directly to your residence due to the circumstances at the delivery location, we worked with them to reach a resolution and arranged a $100 reimbursement, which has been sent to you as a goodwill gesture. At Cross Auto Transport, we take every customer's experience seriously and always strive to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best.
